DATABASE and MEMBERSHIP LIST UPDATES……………………….
Dear Members,
Welcome to the Members' Pages of the AAATNA website!
I am personally maintaining a current, updated membership list in database form on my computer. An updated list will be available to any member at any time via e-mail or snail-mail by request. Otherwise, the most current version will be mailed or e-mailed to all members once per year with membership renewal.
With regard to the MEMBERS' INFORMATION SHEET questionnaires, those that were hand written are in a file drawer; those that were e-mailed simultaneously to Larry and to me, are filed on my computer. The old, outdated membership list as well as posted questionnaires are being pulled from the site.
For the time being-- until we find a better system--you can:
1. Copy the questionnaire form from the website onto an e-mail letter, where you can then fill it out and e-mail it to me for filing.
2. You can also copy the form onto a "Word" document, where you can then fill it out and e-mail it to me as an attachment.
3. Or, you can ask me to e-mail you a "pretty-looking" form (as an attachment) which you can download, fill out, and e-mail back to me.
Having the questionnaires on file on my computer makes sending them out on request very easy and inexpensive…as with the membership list. And of course, copies can always be mailed.
MEMBERS' INFORMATION SHEET questionnaires are automatically sent to all new and renewing members when your dues are received. To update your address or other information at any time during the year, please contact me as indicated below.
Please let us know if you find having a members' information database helpful. Also let us know how you would like to see our website being used, and contact our webmeister, Larry Young, if you have information on up-coming courses or exhibitions you want posted.
